I heard about this company that will take over your school loans from them but I don’t know the name of the company.

I got financial aid (both grants and loans) for the summer session. I needed at least 6 credits to get financial aid. If I fail one, will they want all of the aid back, even for the first class, because it drops me down to 4 credits which is less than half-time? Or will they just want the part that paid for the one 4 credit class?

I want to cancel some of the store credit card, but I don’t know how that effects my credit rating. I think closing credit cards in general lowers credit scores, but what about those store cards?

Can the finance company take my tax return, or only if I owe FEDERAL AGENCIES?
The case went to court, and I was in another state at the time, so judgment was awarded to the finance company.
